About Waverley Woollahra Art School
Since 1968, Waverley Woollahra Art School (WWAS) has provided an extensive program of quality art classes, delivered by practising artists.
The school is an independent, not-for-profit, cooperative with impressive alumni of emerging and prize-winning artists.
It has grown into a much loved and highly regarded arts hub of Sydney’s eastern suburbs, offering a range of art courses, talks, workshops, prizes and exhibitions.
Courses are open to everyone.

No previous experience or knowledge is required except where stated.
Courses include painting, drawing, ceramics, sculpture and printmaking.
A popular school holiday program and after-school classes are also offered to children and teens.
