About Yoga Gentle Flow
Mirtha started to practice yoga in her early twenties when she was a UNI student more than 20 years ago.
As a result of high academic demands, the benefits of yoga soon provided her with stress release and flexibility improvement.
Yoga Gentle Flow sessions run for 1 hour and 15 minutes starting with standing preparation exercises that prepare your breath and mind conditioning your body for a safe transition into Yoga.
Participants will learn to be aware of their breath and to balance their strength, flexibility, and relaxation to flow gently between movements and poses.
