About Yoga Indra
Yoga Indra’s principal teacher, Jane Miller, is an internationally accredited teacher.
Jane studied the Sivananda tradition at Aarsh Yoga Vidya Peetham in Kerala, India, under the renowned Yogi, Bhooma Chaitanya.
Jane has been practising yoga for over fifteen years and continues to develop her knowledge of the ancient practice of yoga as the science of living.
The style of teaching is gentle and approachable, with an emphasis on students working at their individual capacity, to gain both enjoyment and benefit from their practice.
