Lisa has spent over two decades in the practice and study of Yoga. Alongside this life-guiding immersion, she has continuously deepened her understanding of movement, health and well-being with time spent training, studying and working in diverse areas such as remedial massage therapy, meditation, personal training, pilates, nutrition and Ayurveda. Lisa offers group classes as well as one-on-one private sessions. She actively educates and empowers people with the sustainable practices, tools and techniques required to pursue a fierce, full and engaging life.
