I have been practising yoga since early childhood and teaching postural yoga for over a decade.
I teach the styles of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation, Yoga Nidra & Pranayama.
This practise helps people tune in to themselves, creating deeper self-awareness and enabling us to be better, kinder humans.
