Jazz Drumming lessons are great for experienced drummers who want to learn a new genre or emerging jazz musicians. Your jazz drumming teacher will show you how to correctly set up your drums for jazz, and ensure you learn the basic patterns on the ride cymbal.
As you gain jazz drumming experience, you’ll learn snare drum comping, bass drum feathering, hi-hat beats, and a range of jazz performance standards. You’ll also practice jazz drumming with recorded music as well as live musicians.
