Reformer Pilates is pilates done on a bed-like frame called a reformer machine. It consists of a moving platform connected to a set of springs which, together with the weight of the body, creates resistance to perform different flowing motions and exercises.
A certified Reformer Pilates instructor will help tailor your exercise to your specific needs and goals. You’ll also learn how to perform these exercises safely and your instructor can give you short pilates routines to practice at home in between classes.
